Classes

Classes are available by appointment for individuals or small groups for all levels of Usui Reiki, for Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help®, and Spiritual Garden Classes including building a Labyrinth.

Usui Reiki is a wonderful gift to us all and is truly our birthright. Classes are available for all levels from First Degree through Master-Teacher. Reiki is a hands-on energy healing that can be used for oneself, family members, animals and plants and friends. First Degree Reiki also qualifies one to be a Reiki Practitioner. Classes consist of attunements or initiations to open one up to the Universal Energy of Reiki, the information needed to be competent as a Reiki Practitioner, and lots of hands-on practice to build confidence and skill. Classes are taught in the Traditional Usui Method of Natural Healing/Reiki by Terra Hogstrom, a Reiki Master Teacher since 2000, in a beautiful setting adjacent to the Gateway Peace Garden in Mount Shasta, California.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help is a wonderful hands-on healing that is easily learned, for helping oneself, family members or animals, to achieve greater health and well-being. The heart of Jin Shin Jyutsu is Now Know Myself. This healing art helps one to tune into the energy patterns of the body, mind and spirit, while creating more      health and harmony. Terra Hogstrom has been certified to teach this class since 1998.

Spiritual Garden and Labyrinth Classes are fun and informative, tailored to the needs of the individuals. Are you new to gardening and wanting to create a Natural Sanctuary ? Are you an experienced gardener that wants to connect in with the deeper energies of Mother Nature and the Elementals? Do you want to build a Labyrinth and wonder how to start? This class is taught by Alex Hogstrom, MA of Science in Agriculture, Tree and Vine Crops, from Chico State University and Terra Hogstrom. Together they have been having fun in the Garden for 30 years, and are Co-Creators of the Gateway Peace Garden, with Mother Nature at the helm.
